Shipping
All art is shipped flat in sturdy rectangular packaging, and carefully padded with paper packaging materials to prevent damage during transit.
Typically orders are shipped within 7 business days of confirmed payment through PayPal. After your order has shipped you will receive an email confirmation.
Due to large package sizes all items must be shipped to a street addresses.

Return Policy
We are committed to the best service and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed!
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for either:
1. A free replacement (shipped to you at our cost!)
2. A full refund for the price of the product. Original* and return shipping charges will not be refunded.
3. Note: Items not returned in new condition will receive a refund equal to 50% of the purchase price.
* In cases where the original shipping charges to you were waived, we reserve the right to lower your refund by the actual shipping charges.
To return your item(s):
1. Please pack it in its original packaging
2. Include a note specifying the reason for the return
3. Inform us of what action you would like us to take - replacement of an equal or lesser value artwork available at oleanova.com or a refund (through PayPal).
4. We encourage you to return your item Insured and via a traceable method.
5. The responsibility of a "lost" or "damaged" shipment resides with the party initiating the shipment.
6. We will notify you via e-mail of your replacement/refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
